As a retired member, can I still enjoy the benefits of HKCPA?
Sure! We are happy to see our senior members ready to start a new chapter of their life. In order to continue enjoy the benefits of HKCPA, you would need to notify us about your retirement by filling out the Honorary Membership Renewal Form and send it back to:
P.O. Box 78803, Mongkok Post Office
Subject to the decision of Executive Committee Members, your membership would be upgraded as Honorary Membership. The Honorary Membership card would be sent to your contact address subsequently.
For existing Honorary Members, you will have to fill in the form to renew your membership and receive an updated card every year.
What should I do if I lose my membership card?
No worries. Your membership card is redeemable. Please send your request of a new membership card to us via the website or This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.. Then make a payment of $100 administrative fee by:
- Cheque:
- Payable to Hong Kong Clinical Psychologists Association
- E-banking service or automatic teller machine (ATM pay-in slip required)
- Payable to HSBC a/c 119-175792-001
- Please send in your ATM pay-in slip indicating your name, contact number and the purpose of “Redeem Membership Card”.
Upon successful payment, the new membership card would be sent to your contact address.
As a HKCPA member, can I obtain a Membership Good Standing letter?

- Payable to Hong Kong Clinical Psychologists Association
- E-banking service or automatic teller machine (ATM pay-in slip required)
- Payable to HSBC a/c 119-175792-001
- Please send in your ATM pay-in slip indicating your name, contact number and the purpose of “Membership Good Standing Letter”.
Upon successful payment, the letter indicating your good standing during the period of valid membership, would be sent to your contact address.

I have joined HKCPA before but have stopped making payments for a few years. How can I re-activate my membership?
Welcome back to HKCPA. You can be our member again by filling out the membership application form (in the Download section) and send it with a cheque of an amount of $100 (re-entry fee) PLUS the amount of the subscription of your choices ($100 for Annual Subscription; $50 for Half-Year Subscription ; $270 Three-Calendar-Year Subscription) to the following address:

Or you can make the payment through ATM or e-banking to the HSBC account:

How can I make changes to my personal information?
You can either
- fill out the “Update of Personal Information Form” in the “Download” section and send it to our office at: P.O. Box 78803, Mongkok Post Office
- Or log in to our website with your username and password and edit your profile in there.
